I’ve been collaborating with Somfy as a freelance product designer for almost 3 years, working on both B2B and B2C experiences. My focus has been on improving dashboards, refining key flows, and maintaining a scalable design system used across teams and products. It’s an ongoing partnership that continues to evolve with new features and design improvements.

Dashboard & Order Tracking
The first goal was to help professional clients better visualize their business data and follow their orders more effectively. I redesigned the activity dashboard with a clear view of yearly performance and order activity, making business insights easier to access. The new order tracking flow simplified the navigation and reduced friction for recurring users, resulting in faster browsing and fewer support needs.

The new homepage was designed to make the experience more useful from the first interaction. By organizing key actions, quick access tools, and relevant data, it provides an easier path for professionals to manage their activity. I also worked on product variant tables to simplify technical data reading and reduce complexity. Both sections are fully aligned with the new design system and can easily scale across Somfy’s product range.
