Zestia is a real estate SaaS that brings every step of property buying into one process. It combines property search, financing, and brokerage to help buyers save time and manage everything in one place. I worked with the CEO and CTO for around 6 months as a freelance product designer, fully remote from Spain. Together, we built the full MVP from scratch, defining structure, user flows, and key experiences for each profile type. Our goal was to design a platform that feels clear and simple, even though the process behind it is complex.

Dashboards & Analytics
The first focus was the main dashboard, where users can track activity and manage their projects. We designed two main views — one for a single franchise and another showing the global activity of several franchises. Both dashboards were built to show clear insights at a glance, with balanced data visualization and an interface that adapts to different user roles.

We created all core flows for the MVP, from property search to financing and document management. Each flow was designed to guide users step by step, reducing friction and improving collaboration between brokers and buyers. The interface adapts to the user’s role and shows only what’s relevant for each stage of the buying process.

Outcome
After 6 months, the MVP was ready for investor demos and pilot users. We delivered a solid design foundation, a consistent design system, and multiple complete user journeys. Zestia’s platform is now scalable, clear, and ready for real market growth.
